Product
Returns
Products with manufacturing defects will gladly be
exchanged for the same product or one of equal value within
30 days from the postmark date. If you prefer, we will be happy
to refund the purchase price on returned defective items (less
any applicable shipping charges). All returns and exchanges
require prior approval via email.
Shipping
All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt by
Canada Post. We ship to all of the United States and Canada.
Backorders
We make every effort to keep the items that are displayed on
the site in stock and ready to ship. However, due to popularity
certain items may be temporarily out of stock from time to time.
In those cases we will ship in stock items immediately and ship
the back ordered item(s) when they are in stock again. If we
have reason to expect that the backorder period for an item
will exceed 2 weeks from the date of your order, we will contact
you by email to advise you. At that time, if you wish to cancel
your order we will be happy to accomodate your wishes.
Your Privacy
All customer information will be kept in strict confidence
and only used by Friends Forever Charms to process orders,
provide information on order status, answer customer questions
and send newsletters by e-mail to those customers who chose
to remain on our subscription list. Customers have the option
at any time to ‘unsubscribe’.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and
ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place
appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures
to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Currency
All of our prices are shown in CANADIAN dollars and all charges
to your credit card are in CANADIAN dollars.
